The mission of Vibe Foods is to carry healthful meals to its clients.
The new health and fitness foods eatery that specializes in acai bowls, smoothies and fresh beverages opened Oct. 5 at 3139 Poplar Ave.
Bone broths, superfood coffees and teas, refreshing squeezed juice blends and immunity-setting up “shots” are also on the menu.
The freestanding making across from East Significant Faculty was previously an E’s 24 Hour Cafe but has been remodeled. Absent is the restaurant filled with banquettes. In its place is a gentle-stuffed, shiny area with relaxed café seating.
The concept is a family members affair. Vibe Foods was established in 2017 by the Weston family members. The original area is in Lone Tree, Colorado, just exterior of Denver. This is their second place.
The menu attributes dishes made with all-organic, “clean” ingredients that are both equally gluten and dairy-free of charge. No sugar is additional.
“Our mission is that foodstuff is drugs,” said Kyle Weston. A junior at Rhodes College, he is the purpose the Colorado-centered business enterprise expanded into the Memphis region. “We want that smoothie to make you really feel great.”
In 2010, he experienced been diagnosed with celiac disease. At that time, his family members turned gluten-totally free and developed a passion for food stuff and diet regime. “We figured out how crucial diet plan is for us,” Weston said.
Mark Weston explained that the company plan arrived after his spouse Shannon, a company government for 26 decades, resolved to retire. “She has a enthusiasm for health and fitness and meals,” he claimed. “All the recipes had been produced by her.”
